ORDER - On September 6, 2019, the court ordered plaintiff to show cause why the court should not dismiss this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction because the Complaint failed to establish that diversity of citizenship exists here. Doc. 4. On September 19, 2019, plaintiff filed a Response to the court's show cause order. Doc. 9. Plaintiff also filed an Amended Complaint. Doc. 8. The Response and Amended Complaint sufficiently establish the citizenship of each party in this case. And the court finds that plaintiff has pleaded facts sufficient to allege diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332.
