January 12, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 15 ORDER denying #12 Motion to Consolidate Cases. Plaintiff has filed, at Doc. 12, an 82 page motion (with a 201 page attachment) seeking consolidation of three EEOC matters and three cases pending in this court; this one and two others. The Court is unable to consolidate an EEOC matter with a federal civil case. Of the two other federal civil cases which plaintiff seeks to consolidate with this one, Case No. 19-2655 was dismissed upon stipulation of the parties (including this plaintiff) on March 2, 2020; and Case No. 20-2621 was dismissed by order of this Court on January 5, 2021, as being entirely duplicative of this case. Therefore, both of those cases are closed, and cannot be consolidated with this case. It is therefore ordered that the motion to consolidate is denied. Signed by District Judge Eric F. Melgren on 1/12/2021. (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY. There is no.pdf document associated with this entry.) (cm)
