Filing 4 ORDER. Following discussion at the 6/28/21 Scheduling Conference in Kucharik v. GCCC, et al., Case No. 20-2190, the Court enters the following orders: Upon discussion of the Kucharik matter, and the potential overlapping discovery and global mediation of that case with this and other related actions (Case Nos. 20-2076; 20-2190-KHV-GEB; and 20-2193-KHV-GEB), a Phase I Schedule was discussed to focus on the global mediation and potential Joint Protective Order and related stipulations to be utilized in all 4 cases. However, to provide counsel for parties not represented in the 6/28/21 conference to opine on the proposed schedule, a proposed Phase I Scheduling order will be emailed to counsel of record for review in all 4 actions. Additionally, the scheduling conference set for 7/19/2021 at 11:00 AM in 20-2193 is converted to a joint Zoom conference before Magistrate Judge Gwynne E. Birzer in all four cases. A discussion of the proposed Phase I schedule and the progress by counsel with completion of service of process in this case will occur at this conference. To the extent counsel are able, the Rule 26 Initial Disclosures Deadline is set for 7/12/2021; however, if this deadline is impossible given the posture of this case, this deadline will be discussed during the conference.
