ORDER. For a second time, the undersigned's chambers is in receipt of correspondence from plaintiff sent by regular mail. The court has previously advised plaintiff that to the extent he seeks to file a motion seeking relief, or to respond to a pending motion, he must do so by filing same with the Clerk's Office. Should plaintiff desire to file a motion for the court to reconsider its order (ECF No. 18 ) granting defendant's motion to substitute real party in interest (ECF No. #12 ) as unopposed, the court instructs plaintiff to file such a motion by December 30, 2021.
