ORDER. After correspondence with counsel, the Court has determined the motion is unopposed. The Court therefore grants #14 Defendant's Motion to Stay Discovery. Discovery in this action is stayed until resolution the pending motion to dismiss (ECF No. #6 ) by the District Judge. Additionally, the Court relieves the parties of the obligation to conduct a Rule 26(f) conference and submit a completed report of the parties' planning conference at this time. The Scheduling Conference set for 2/15/2022 at 10:00 a.m. is CANCELLED, however, the parties are not relieved of their obligation to submit copies of their Rule 26(a) initial disclosures to chambers by 2/8/2022.
