ORDER CANCELING SCHEDULING CONFERENCE AND STAYING DEADLINES: in light of the pending motions to dismiss (ECF Nos. 9, 11, and 13) and motion to remand (ECF No. 16) and by agreement of the parties, the telephonic scheduling conference set for February 24, 2022 is canceled, and the deadlines to submit a planning-meeting report and serve initial disclosures are vacated. All pretrial proceedings in this case, including discovery and initial disclosures, are stayed, with the following exception: plaintiff may file, on or before January 21, 2022, a motion for limited discovery, with response and reply deadlines expedited to January 26, 2022 and January 28, 2022, respectively. The parties' principal briefs shall be limited to five double-spaced pages, and any reply to two pages. Should the case remain pending after the motions to dismiss and motion to remand are ruled, the parties shall confer and submit a Rule 26(f) planning meeting report to the undersigned's chambers within 14 days of the ruling on the motion.
