The Court finds a stay of pretrial proceedings to be appropriate, given the existence of the parties' agreement. Accordingly, all pretrial proceedings are hereby stayed and the parties are ordered to arbitrate their claims. This stay shall continue until the parties receive a final decision from the arbitrator. The parties are further ordered to file a Status Report on the earlier of (1) ten days within receipt of a final decision from the arbitrator, or (2) March 20, 2023.
