September 19, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER. On September 1, 2022, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause why it should not recommend to the District Judge the case be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction where Plaintiff's Complaint fails to establish diversity of citizenship exists (ECF No. 4). Plaintiff filed the Affidavit of Nancy Martinez in response to the Order to Show Cause (ECF. No. 7). The Affidavit sufficiently establishes the citizenship of the parties in the case. The Court FINDS Plaintiff has now alleged facts sufficient to establish diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332, and Plaintiff has shown good cause why the Court should not recommend to the District Judge that the case be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. IT IS SO ORDERED. Signed by Magistrate Judge Gwynne E. Birzer on 9/19/2022. (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY. There is no.pdf document associated with this entry.) (kf)
