ORDER. On September 1, 2022, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause why it should not recommend to the District Judge the case be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction where Plaintiff's Complaint fails to establish diversity of citizenship exists (ECF No. 4). Plaintiff filed the Affidavit of Nancy Martinez in response to the Order to Show Cause (ECF. No. 7). The Affidavit sufficiently establishes the citizenship of the parties in the case. The Court FINDS Plaintiff has now alleged facts sufficient to establish diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332, and Plaintiff has shown good cause why the Court should not recommend to the District Judge that the case be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
