ORDER Regarding #20 Motion to Stay Discovery. Because discovery is not yet open, the Court construes the motion as a motion to defer entry of an Initial Order setting a scheduling conference and imposing a deadline for the parties' Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) meeting, which would trigger the opening of discovery. See Fed. R. Civ.
