ORDER granting, for good cause and as unopposed, #11 MOTION for Extension of Time to Respond re #1 Complaint, Set a Briefing Schedule for Motions to Dismiss, and for Leave to File Excess Pages. After consultation with the District Court, the Court enters the following schedule and page limits: (1) on or before March 15, 2023, defendants will file their answers or file two joint motions to dismiss the complaint, with each of the two motions not to exceed 25 pages in length; (2) on or before May 15, 2023, plaintiff will file any opposition to defendants' joint motions to dismiss, with each of the two opposition briefs not to exceed 25 pages in length; and (3) on or before June 5, 2023, defendants will file their reply briefs in support of their joint motions to dismiss, with each of the two reply briefs not to exceed 10 pages in length.
