ORDER regarding #11 Response to Notice and Order to Show Cause. The Magistrate Judge previously ordered Plaintiff to show cause why the case should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction because the complaint did not adequately allege the citizenship of the LLC Defendant. Plaintiff's #11 Response to the Show-Cause Order addresses some of the concerns raised in the Show-Cause Order and Defendant Firefly Integrations LLC's #8 Disclosure provides additional information. At this time, the Court will not recommend dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Because the basis for jurisdiction in this case is diversity pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332(a), the parties are ordered to file disclosure statements or amended disclosures statements that fully comply with Rule 7.1(a)(2), as recently amended. Each party's disclosure statement must name and identify the citizenship (not residence) of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party, including the specific name and citizenship of any member of an LLC.
