ORDER. The Court previously ordered Plaintiffs to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. Doc. 4. Plaintiffs have since filed an amended complaint. Doc. 5. The amended complaint clarifies that the two defendants identified in the order are LLCs and none of their members are citizens of Kansas. Based on this, the Court finds Plaintiffs have adequately alleged diversity jurisdiction at this juncture and the show-cause order is satisfied.
