ORDER: The court ordered plaintiff to show cause why the court should not recommend that the district judge dismiss this case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction--namely, because plaintiff did not adequately plead complete diversity of citizenship between the parties. (ECF 4.) Plaintiff has now filed an amended complaint and responded to the order to show cause. (ECF 5, 6.)
