ORDER granting #4 Commerce Bank's Motion for More Definite Statement. The court grants the motion as unopposed because the time to respond under D. Kan. Rule 7.1(d)(4) has expired, and plaintiff did not file a timely response. By June 14, 2024, plaintiff must file an amended complaint with more definite statements in support of each of his claims, which, as far as the court can discern, include breach of contract, violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and violation of the Fourteenth Amendment. The court reminds plaintiff that Fed. R. Civ. P. 10 requires a plaintiff to state the claims in his complaint "in numbered paragraphs, each limited as far as practicable to a single set of circumstances." The court cautions plaintiff that, under Fed. R. Civ.
