Plaintiff is hereby assessed an initial partial filing fee of $15.00 which she is ordered to submit to the court within twenty (20) days . Plaintiff's motion 2 for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is granted. Plaintiff's motion 4 for leave to file excess pages and plaintiff's motion 10 for summary judgment are denied.
