The two remaining claims in plaintiff's complaint are denied for failure to state facts sufficient to support a federal constitutional claim and this action is dismissed. All other unrelated claims discussed by plaintiff in his numerous filings are dismissed without prejudice. All plaintiff's pending motions are denied as moot. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ENTERED: Plaintiff's motions 2 & 3 for leave to proceed in forma pauperis are granted. Plaintiff is granted thirty (30) days in which to file a "Supplement to Complaint" in this case. Within the same 30-day p eriod, plaintiff must supplement his complaint by stating additional facts to support his claim of excessive force and denial of medical treatment for the resulting injuries, or they will be dismissed for failure to state sufficient facts to support a federal constitutional claim. This action is dismissed and all relief is denied as against defendants "Correct Care Solutions" and "El Dorado Minimum Clinic". Plaintiff's claims for relief to remove and fire defendants fr om their employment are denied. Plaintiff's claims of false disciplinary proceedings are dismissed without prejudice as premature under Heck and Balisok.
