Filing 4 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ENTERED: Plaintiff's request for an injunction to stop funds to the Wyoming Department of Corrections and his imbedded request 1 for appointment of counsel are denied. Plaintiff's motion 3 to amend complaint is gra nted to the extent that the material in the motion is added to and does not supplant the original complaint. Within thirty (30) days, plaintiff must (1) submit a certified copy of his prison trust fund account statement for the 6-month period immedi ately preceding the filing of this action; (2) show cause why his claims against all the defendants who are not residents of the State of Kansas should not be dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue; (3) show cause why his claims against defendant Staker should not be dismissed; and (4) fill out and submit his detainer claims on 2241 forms naming the proper respondent.
