MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ENTERED: Plaintiff's motion 5 for leave to amend complaint is granted and the clerk is directed to file the attached amended complaint as plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint. Plaintiff's motion 2 to proceed w ithout prepayment of fees is granted and is assessed the full filing fee herein of $350.00 to be paid through payments automatically deducted from his inmate account as funds become available. Plaintiff is granted thirty (30) days in which to c ure the deficiencies in his complaint discussed herein by filing a complete Third Amended Complaint on forms provided by the court.
