Filing 30 ORDER ENTERED: Plaintiff's motions 26 & 28 for relief from judgment, motion 27 for reconsideration, and motion 29 to reopen case are granted. This matter is hereby reopened. This action is dismissed and all relief is denied, without p rejudice, as against the following named defendants: United States of America, "Federal Bureau of Prisons", Warden Richardson, Dr. Grote, P.A. Saturfield, John Doe, Jane Doe, Angela Dunbar, Dr. Chatterjee, United States Attorney General an d "Federal Bureau of Prisons - Grand Praire Texas." All of plaintiff's claims regarding conditions at the CCA against employees of the CCA are dismissed from this action, without prejudice; and plaintiff's claims for injunctive r elief, including that medical treatment be provided by defendants, are denied as moot. Any objection to this order must be filed on or before the date payment is due. The failure to pay the fees as requir ed herein may result in dismissal of this action without prejudice. The following motions filed by plaintiff are denied: Motion 9 for temporary restraining order, motion 14 for preliminary injunction, motions 14 & 18 to appoint counsel, mot ion 15 requesting court order for preservation of evidence. Plaintiff's motion 16 to amend complaint is granted subject to his submitting a complete Second Amended Complaint upon forms provided by this court within thirty (30) days of the date of this order.
