The court shall direct that plaintiff by September 2, 2020, show cause why the amended complaint should not be dismissed. In the alternative, plaintiff may file a second amended complaint by September 2, 2020, which corrects the deficiencies. A second amended complaint would supersede the amended complaint and must contain all of the claims upon which plaintiff wishes to proceed.
