ORDER Regarding #10 Defendant's Response to the Show-Cause Order. The magistrate judge previously ordered defendant to show cause why this case should not be remanded for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction because the Notice of Removal did not establish diversity of citizenship. Defendant's response to the show-cause order now adequately alleges the citizenship of the defendant in this case.
