Filing 12 ORDER. The Court conducted an initial Scheduling Conference in this matter. Plaintiff appeared through counsel, Nicholas Jefferson. Defendant/Third Party Plaintiff appeared through counsel, Tracy Cole. In light of the fact that KM International, Inc. was recently added as a Third Party Defendant, the Court, after consultation with the parties determined it would be prudent for KM International, Inc. to formally enter the case before commencement of formal scheduling. As such, the Court will enter an order after KM International, Inc. files a responsive pleading, but no later than 8/22/2022, setting deadlines for the parties to submit an updated Report of the Parties' Planning Conference, Rule 26(a) disclosures, and resetting the Scheduling Conference. When Plaintiff and Defendant submit their amended Rule 26(a) disclosures, they shall modify their disclosures to address the issues discussed during the conference.
