August 4, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER requiring Rule 7.1(a)(2) Disclosure Statements. According to the #1 Notice of Removal, removal of this case is based on diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332(a). Revised Rule 7.1(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure requires that in "an action in which jurisdiction is based on diversity under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a), a party or intervenor must, unless the court orders otherwise, file a disclosure statement. Defendant Scott Dunkin is ordered to file a Rule 7.1(a)(2) disclosure statement as soon as practicable upon his entry of appearance. Such disclosure statements must fully comply with Rule 7.1(a)(2), as recently amended, and must name and identify the citizenship of every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party.
