Burmaster, Case No. 23-2471-JWB, Doc. 72 (D. Kan. Jan. 18, 2024); and because Ex Parte Royall and Younger require this Court to decline to interfere in the ongoing state court proceedings in the District Court of Johnson County, Kansas.
