February 9, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER. The magistrate judge issued a Report and Recommendation ("R&R") in this matter and set a deadline for Plaintiff to file written objections. Doc. 5. The Clerk's office was contacted by Plaintiff and told that the objections were stolen before they could be picked up by the mail carrier. The Clerk's office advised Plaintiff to resend the objections by email or U.S. mail. Plaintiff has since emailed his objections to the Clerk's office in JPEG format, which is not an acceptable format. In light of this, the Court extends Plaintiff's deadline to file written objections to the R&R to February 23, 2024. By that date, Plaintiff must either mail a copy of his objections to the Clerk's office via U.S. mail, or email them to the Clerk's office in PDF format. Objections emailed in any other format will not be accepted. If Plaintiff fails to mail a hard copy or email a PDF file of his objections by that deadline, the Court will take up the R&R without the benefit of his response. Plaintiff is again cautioned that if he fails to submit written objections that comply with this order, no appellate review of the factual and legal determinations in the R&R will be allowed by any court.
