Counsel Paul McCausland will be terminated as counsel after forwarding copies of this Order and a copy of the draft pret rial order to Defendant and filing a certificate of service as required by the Memorandum and Order. The request for an extension of time for Defendant to submit expert reports is DENIED. The Pretrial Conference previously set for 3/3/2009 at 9:00 a .m. is hereby CANCELED. The 3/17/2009 deadline for the filing of any dispositive motions remains as previously set. Responses to dispositive motions shall be filed by 4/13/2009 and a reply, if any, is to be filed by 5/6/2009. Defendant is to submi t to counsel and the court by 4/13/2009 his proposed additions and objections to the pretrial order previously drafted by Plaintiff.
