Filing 26 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT that Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 17) is granted as to the federal claims. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state l aw claim. The case shall be remanded to the Kingman County, Kansas District Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs first motion for leave to amend the complaint (Doc. 16) is denied as moot in light of the su bsequently filed motion for leave to amend. Plaintiffs' second motion for leave to amend (Doc. 23) is denied as futile to the extent it seeks to cure Plaintiffs' federal claims. Signed by District Judge Julie A.
