On November 3, 2020, the court ordered plaintiff to show cause why the court should not dismiss this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction because the Complaint failed to establish that diversity of citizenship exists here. Doc. #3 . On November 6, 2020, plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint. Doc. #4 . The First Amended Complaint sufficiently establishes the citizenship of defendant in this case. And the court finds that plaintiff now has alleged facts sufficient to establish diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332.
