ORDER Regarding #4 Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint. The magistrate judge previously ordered plaintiffs to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction because the complaint did not establish diversity of citizenship. Plaintiffs' newly filed amended complaint now adequately alleges the citizenship of each defendant in this case. As such, plaintiffs have pleaded facts sufficient to establish diversity jurisdiction, and therefore the court will not recommend dismissal for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction.
