ORDER denying without prejudice #9 & #10 Motions for Attorneys to Appear Pro Hac Vice. Pursuant to the Court's previous order (ECF No. 11), on or before August 17, 2022, local counsel was directed to file amended affidavits that are notarized and/or contain a declaration that the affidavits are being signed under penalty of perjury in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1746, as is required by the District's form. On August 17, 2022, counsel filed #12 and #13 , which were signed versions of the Court's Pro Hac Vice Electronic Filing Registration Form. To date, counsel has not filed amended affidavits. For this reason, the Court denies the Motions without prejudice. If counsel refiles these motions, the pro hac vice fees previously paid as part of filing #9 and #10 shall be applied to any renewed motions. The Court directs counsel to the last page of the Court's form titled "Pro Hac Vice: Motion for Leave to Appear and Affidavit" on the District's website, which contains the requirement that any affidavit submitted in support of a pro hac vice motion must be notarized and/or contain a declaration that it is being signed under penalty of perjury in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1746.
