The Court in its Notice and Order to Show Cause addressed the insufficiency of filing an addendum to Plaintiff's original complaint but gave Plaintiff the opportunity to file an amended complaint, which contains all allegations and claims the plaintiff intends to pursue in the action, including those stated in the original complaint. Although Plaintiff's motion to file an addendum is denied, the Court will extend Plaintiff's deadline to file a complete and proper "Amended Complaint" up to and including 3/16/2023.
