ORDER. This court is obliged to determine whether it has subject-matter jurisdiction over this matter. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1(a)(2) attempts to aid this determination by requiring parties in diversity cases to file disclosure statements that "identify the citizenship of every... entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party." Neither plaintiff's Complaint (ECF 1) nor its Corporate Disclosure Statement (ECF 4) identifies plaintiff's full citizenship (which, given that plaintiff is a corporation, is determined both by its state of incorporation and the location of its principal place of business). Accordingly, by May 26, 2023, plaintiff must file an amended corporate disclosure statement or show cause why this case should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
