In response to an August 25, 2023 email from the Magistrate Judge's chambers, on August 29, 2023, the current Defendant confirmed that it is unopposed to this Motion. The Court therefore grants this Motion as unopposed and for the good cause detailed in the Motion. This case is temporarily stayed pending further order of the Court to allow Plaintiff to complete service through the Hague Convention on the newly named Defendant Winia Electronics Co. Ltd. The Court vacates the deadlines in the #8 Initial Order Regarding Planning and Scheduling, including the September 12, 2023 Scheduling Conference. The Court strongly encourages Plaintiff to move as expeditiously as possible to execute service. By no later than December 1, 2023, Plaintiff shall email the Magistrate Judge's chambers with an update regarding ongoing efforts to serve Winia Electronics Co. Ltd.
