September 27, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 13 ORDER. The Court scheduled a Status Conference in related case 23-1109 Watson v. Veterans Evaluation Services, et al. via Zoom. Plaintiff was provided notice there in the Court's 9/20/2023 Memorandum and Order denying Motion for Accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act sent by regular mail. The Court provided Plaintiff with a link to join the conference via Zoom by email which was received as evidenced by Plaintiff's response thereto. A reminder call was placed after the start time for the conference had passed and a voice message was left for Plaintiff. Nonetheless, Plaintiff failed to appear. This is the second time Plaintiff has failed to appear in one of his four related cases. He previously failed to appear after proper notice on 6/20/2023 for a telephonic Status Conference in 22-1275 Watson v. The Department of Veterans Affairs. The Court extends Plaintiff's deadline for service of Defendants in this matter up to and including November 13, 2023. If Defendant has not obtained service on Defendants by the deadline an Order to Show Cause why the undersigned should not recommend dismissal of the case will issue. IT IS SO ORDERED.
