Filing 110 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. on 4/20/2009. Plaintiff's 93 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiff's motion is granted with respect to the defendants' cla im for tortious interference, the defendants' claim for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and as to liability on the plaintiff's claim for conversion. It is denied in all other respects. Defendants' 86 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and other relief is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The defendants' motion is granted as to Holley's claims for defamation. It is denied in all other respects.
