IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that PBI Bank's Motion to Strike, Exclude or Limit the Opinion of Great American' ;s Expert 87 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. It is GRANTED as to Finn's opinions regarding whether PBI Bank and Wilcutt "knowingly" created misleading bank records or "knowingly" participated in fraud.
