MEMORANDUM OPINION by Judge Greg N. Stivers on 8/21/2015. Plaintiff David F. Byrd, pro se, initiated this action by filing a 1 MOTION seeking "removal of said cases from Metcalfe Circuit Court to federal court for a jury in Bowling Green, Ky ". Plaintiff lacks authority under 28 U.S.C. Section 1441 to remove his own action from state to federal court. Accordingly, the Court must remand the action to state court. The Court will enter an Order consistent with this Memorandum Opinion. cc: counsel; Metcalfe Circuit Ct.; Plaintiff, Pro Se (JWM)
