In light of the fact that Petitioner is attacking a conviction from the Perry Circuit Court, which lies in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, where the witnesses and records are likely to be located, the Eastern District of Kentucky is the more appropriate forum. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404(a) and LR 3.2(f), this action shall be TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, Southern Division, at London, which has concurrent jurisdiction with this Court under 28 U.S.C. 2241(d).
