The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to terminated Warren County and the Bowling Green Police Department as parties to this action. Within 30 days from the entry date of this Order, Plaintiff may file an amended complaint in which he sues Officer Michael Jonkers in his individual capacity. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff the second page of his complaint (DN #1 ) with the words "Amended Complaint" and this case number written in the margin.
