MEMORANDUM AND ORDER by Chief Judge Greg N. Stivers on 10/7/2022. this action is SEVERED. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to docket the instant civil action number as being filed by the first Plaintiff, James Sydnor, only. The Clerk of Court is further DIRECTED to open a new civil action (two total) for the other two Plaintiffs Micah Thompson and Louis Taylor - and to use the complaint in the instant action (DN #1 ) as the initiating document in each of those actions. The Clerk shall docket the complaint in each action as of the filing date of the original complaint. The Clerk of Court is also DIRECTED to remove from this action the motion to proceed in forma pauperis filed by Micah Thompson (DN #6 ) and to file it in his newly opened action. The Clerk of Court shall also send each Plaintiff a copy of the docket sheet for his individual action. cc: Plaintiffs (pro se), Defendants, TCA (JM)
