ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE DISMISSAL by Senior Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr on 2/2/2024; IT IS ORDERED that Civil Action Nos. 1:23-CV-P130-JHM and 1:24-CV-P18-JHM are CONSOLIDATED for all further proceedings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Civil Action No. 1:23-CV-P130-JHM shall be the LEAD case and that Civil Action No. 1:24-CV-P18-JHM is administratively DISMISSED. IT IS DIRECTED as follows: 1. The Clerk of Court shall docket the complaint DN #1 from Civil Action No. 1:24-cv-P18-JHM into the LEAD action, Civil Action No. 1:23-CV-P130-JHM. The complaint shall be docketed as an amended complaint in the LEAD action as of the date it was filed. 2. The Clerk of Court shall add Defendants Tina Ashby, Kia Beard, Patricia Fuller, and Chastiy Holloway in Civil Action No. 1:24-CV-P18-JHM as Defendants in Civil Action No. 1:23-CV-P130-JHM. 3. The Clerk of Court shall send Plaintiff a copy of the updated docket sheet in the LEAD case, Civil Action No.1:23-CV-P130-JHM. cc: Plaintiff (pro se) (KDY)
