MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by Judge John G. Heyburn, II on 4/18/2011. For the reasons set forth, 19 Motion for Summary Judgment is SUSTAINED and Plaintiffs shall recover damages in the amount of $3,000.00 for each of the nine (9) compositions, for a total of $27,000.00. Defendants are permanently enjoined and restrained from infringing the copyrighted musical compositions licensed by Broadcast Music, Inc. This is a final order. cc: Counsel (AEP)
