Filing 6 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. The Order grants 5 Motion to Amend/Correct. The Order also dismisses the Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment claims and allows the Fourth Amendment claim to proceed against Defendants in their individual capacitie s. Plaintiff has 120 days from the date of the Memorandum Opinion and Order to move to amend her complaint to name specific Defendants in place of John Does #1-3. The Clerk of Court shall issue summons and the United States Marshal shall serve docum ents on Defendants Lee and Koeing and the Jefferson County Attorney as directed in the Order.
