Filing 26 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge David J. Hale. Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time to Supplement Response (DN 25 ) is granted. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (DN 14 ) is denied with respect to exhaustion of Plaintiff& #039;s claim related to retaliation by Defendants Bramblett, Howard, and Thompson requiring him to mail home his boots. Portion of Defendants' motion arguing qualified immunity is denied without prejudice. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (DN 14 ) is granted with respect to all of Plaintiff's other claims.
