MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge David J. Hale on 3/29/2019 - Charter's motion for judgment as a matter of law or, in the alternative, for a new trial (D.N. 183 ) is GRANTED to the extent Charter seeks reduction of the punitive-damages award. Within ten (10) days of the date of entry of this Order, Plaintiffs shall notify the Court whether they will accept an award of $350,000 in punitive damages per plaintiff.
