MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Chief Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr. The Court construes the 8 9 10 letters as motions to amend the complaint and GRANTS the motions to amend; construes the 13 affidavit as a motion to supplement and GRANTS th e motion to supplement; and GRANTS 17 motion to amend the complaint. On initial review the complaint, its four amendments, and its supplement under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A, the Court will dismiss the action.
