Filing 6 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. To the extent Plaintiff is attempting to raise a claim under 42 U.S.C. 1983 in this action, such a claim is DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) for failu re to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to write the instant action number and Amended Complaint on a Title VII form and send it to Plaintiff for completion. Within 30 days of the entry date of this Memorandum and Order, Plaintiff must fully complete and submit his complaint on a court-supplied Title VII form and attach a copy of his EEOC right-to-sue letter.
