MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge David J. Hale. UPS's Motion for Summary Judgment (DN 61 ), construed as motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim, is granted. Asiago's claims against UPS are dismissed with prejudice. Chegg 9;s Motion for Summary Judgment (DN 62 ) is granted. Asiago's claims against Chegg are dismissed with prejudice.
