For the reasons set forth, Plaintiffs' motions to compel arbitration and enjoin the state court action 5 and 13 are GRANTED. Watkins is ENJOINED from proceeding again st Plaintiffs in the Jefferson Circuit Court action. The parties are COMPELLED to arbitrate pursuant to the terms of the parties agreement. Counsel shall promptly inform the Jefferson Circuit Court of this Memorandum Opinion and Order. Proceeding is STAYED until the conclusion of the ordered arbitration. Parties shall submit a joint status report every ninety (90) days from the date of entry of this Order until the resolution of the arbitration. Parties shall promptly report on the resolution of the arbitration or of any settlement. Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction 6 is DENIED as moot.
