MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Judge David J. Hale. Court construes DN 5 as motion for leave to file second amended complaint; motion is granted. Plaintiff's claims against Defendant "Corrections" are dismissed. Plaintiff's claims alleging discrimination are dismissed. Plaintiff's claims concerning his telepathic abilities and actions by federal agents are dismissed. Within 30 days Plaintiff may file amended complaint with respect to claims concerning his medical treatment.
